Contactless pickup is a service for current PCOM students, faculty, and staff to obtain items from Libraries during the COVID-19 closure. Contactless pickup is available for regular items and reserved items. Our FAQ page on  checkout perioeds can be found here.

To get started, select a location. Next, click on a time to pick up items; time slots are in 15 minute intervals. You can only schedule one pickup at a time, but multiple pickups a day. After you select a time, you must agree to the Terms and Conditions to proceed to the form. Once you fill out the form and submit it, a library staff member will check to see if the item is available. You will receive an email to either confirm or deny your request. If confirmed, you will receive a text at your scheduled time when items are ready for pickup.
